Scope and Contents:
Picture postcard depicts two camels in decorative dress carrying a traditional decorative sedan chair. There are two women in the car and two men guiding the camels. The printing process is Letterpress Halftone. Original caption on recto reads, "EGYPT - Portative pavillion for marriage procession." Original caption on verso reads, "557 EGYPTE - Pavillion portatif pour cort├Ęge de mariage."
