Bishop Dell was born in 1902 in Washington County, Georgia. He is the pastor of the Christ Temple Church of God in Christ and has served in the ministry for over 70 years. Bishop Dell is the presiding Bishop of the Northern Georgia Jurisdiction of Churches of God in Christ.
