It includes an incomplete alphabetical index of artists, and is divided into 'Old Stock to Apr. 30, 1912' and 'New Stock, from May 1, 1912.' It includes separate listings for paintings, watercolors, etchings and engravings, and prints. Entries include the sales number, stock number, artist's name, title of work, owner or sale name, price, and date. Many paintings went to H. H. Parke in Feb. 1917.
