This accession consists of the "Ocean Portal" website as it existed on December 19, 2013. The "Ocean Portal" is a unique, interactive online experience that inspires
awareness, understanding, and stewardship of the world's oceans. Content includes topical information, lesson plans, stories, and images. It also serves as a portal to ocean-related
content from other organizations. In addition, a blog, launched in October 2009, is embedded in the website. Due to technical issues, many of the multimedia features do no
function properly. Materials are in electronic format.
